Flipside is a fantastic game! The idea behind it is really cool and the fact that you have to utilize using your evil and good side to get to different places is really cool. Not only did the game feel cool but it also looked great! The art style behind the game was quite unique and really pulled the game together. To top it all off the music and sounds of the ai and main character were fantastic ^_^

Gameplay- 9/10
The game was very short (demo short) but that’s understandable since the team only had 1 month to make the game. The gameplay was pretty interesting in my opinion, You have two different sides, a good side and a bad side. The good side lets you jump really high by bouncing on things and makes you invulnerable to enemies. The evil side lets you climb walls and strike your enemy down. While playing through the small demo you pick up using your powers pretty quick and they are quite enjoyable to use. I would have to say my gameplay experience was definitively fun. ^^

Design- 10/10
The artistic look of this game was absolutely awesome! It really felt like I was playing a full polished game! On top of how cool the art on the levels looked there was a really cool effect when the player switched from good to evil where the camera did a spin. I found it very interesting that they would chose this type of look but it seems to fit the game and mood extremely well. I also enjoyed the fact that the game was a side scroller with a “3d” spin on it.

Sound- 10/10
The sounds in this game were probably what tied the entire experience all together. All of the sounds were really crisp and seemed to be well thought out. Also their choice of music for the game felt perfectly suited for both good and evil sides.

Overall I enjoyed my experience playing this game and hope that the team gets together again to continue working on it to make it a full game .
